What's wrong with my cockatiel?

She is about 14 mos. of age and has ben eggs (unfertilized) on every 2-3 days during the past 3 weeks or less. She has over our Lanai cage, but has been bothering my concrete wall and my eating as well as painted aluminum outdoor furniture. I bought a new cuttlefish bone to her, thinking that maybe she needs calcium but do not pay attention to it. She eats well (mostly food cockatoo) and even boil the eggs that she loves to eat. Is this some kind of symptom or what? I worry that she'll get poisoned by paint or metal. Has anyone experienced this with your bird before?
